Why there is no table here
Because it would be wrong.
The three things that drive the price are things we do not know before the first conversation — and a number you have to correct afterwards is worse than no number.
What actually drives the effort is rarely the number of people. It is the volume and condition of your documents, the number of systems to connect, and whether personal data is involved.
- 01
Usage
How many people work with it and how much gets processed. Billed monthly.
- 02
Setup
One-off: opening up your documents, tailoring workflows, storing templates, introducing people.
- 03
Connections
Per external system. Microsoft 365 is standard; everything else depends on what interface that system offers.
- 04
Operation
Hosted by us or installed with you. The second route costs more to set up and is yours to run.
What is fixed
Three commitments, whatever the scope.
No lock-in beyond twelve months
We do not hold organisations with contract terms. If it does not work, you should be able to leave.
Your data is yours
At the end of the contract you get your records back in a readable format. No exit fee, no export surcharge.
A test instance with your documents
Before you decide, with your own material. A tool that only convinces on someone else’s examples has not convinced anyone.
How it goes
Three steps to a proposal.
After the intro call both sides know whether this fits. If the answer is no, we say so there — not in a proposal that then sits unanswered.
- 01
Intro call, 30 minutes
You describe a concrete case. We show what the application does with it — and where it reaches its limits.
- 02
Test instance, two weeks
Set up with a slice of your documents. Two or three people from your organisation work with it.
- 03
Proposal
Based on what was actually needed in the test instance — not on what would be possible.
